I'll be honest, I'm a teacher for 40 hours of my week; this is my passion. Yonder is an Iowa-based, teacher-owned, and student-driven travel company that specializes in an experience that no one will forget.
What makes me unique?
As a student, I went on my fair share of education-focused trips, and I'll be honest, I had a blast; that's the whole point! However, students never really had a say about the itinerary of their trip. That changes now!
Before I even start planning a trip, I ask students to complete what I affectionately call a "curiosity profile." Instead of assuming what a student wants, I do the much simpler thing: just ask.
Most companies start with a template and make it work. I work to make your trip completely unique; no two trips are alike. Whether your students are history buffs, future artists, or nature lovers, the trip they experience is completely tailored to them.
